Our Story
Srulik Hanokh and Dan Lieberman, founders and co-managing partners of SDB are childhood friends who began their business journey by purchasing an apartment in Be’er Sheva. Over the years, they expanded their operations to manage thousands of apartments across various projects in Israel and other countries worldwide. After several years of intensive activity in Atlanta, Dan and Shrolik gained extensive experience and deep familiarity with the U.S. real estate market. Today, SDB holds a real estate portfolio valued at over $1 billion in the U.S., the U.K., and Spain, partnering with approximately 1,700 investors.
