The investment in the project carries out prospects, as well as risks in connection with the investment funds, including the risk of losing the full investment funds, and those who wish to make an investment are advised to consult with professional consultants and conduct independent checks on the investment and its conditions, as well as regarding legal, accounting and tax issues involved in making the investment. SDB and/or any of its shareholders or managers will not be responsible or guaranteed in any event that any of the risks inherent in the transaction materialize and the return of the investor's investment will be impaired.
