The publication on this site is a general presentation of the activity of the SDB and its services in accordance with the provisions of the Securities Law, 5778-1968 (the "Securities Law"). Investors who choose to contact the company in order to invest in the project will choose as part of individual negotiations (the "negotiation process") which will be conducted in the order in which they contact the company and at its discretion. The investment will be made through a limited number of investors as permitted by the Securities Law and the Mutual Joint Investments Law, 5744-1994 (the "Mutual Joint Investments Law"). Any investment in brokerage or assistance from the SDB is not regulated by the Securities Law and/or according to the provisions of the Joint Investments in Trust Law and any advertising material about it has not been approved by the Israel Securities Authority as part of a public prospectus. The full details of the investment and its terms will be disclosed only as part of the negotiation process, all in accordance with the provisions of the Securities Law. SDB and its employees are not permitted under the Regulation of Investment Consulting, Investment Marketing and Portfolio Management Law, 5775-1995, and any advertising information provided, as well as any information provided regarding the possibility of investing in the framework of a future proposal, will not constitute investment advice or investment marketing as defined in the aforementioned law. The investment in the project carries out prospects, as well as risks in connection with the investment funds, including the risk of losing the full investment funds, and those who wish to make an investment are advised to consult with professional consultants and conduct independent checks on the investment and its conditions, as well as regarding legal, accounting and tax issues involved in making the investment. SDB and/or any of its shareholders or managers will not be responsible or guaranteed in any event that any of the risks inherent in the transaction materialize and the return of the investor's investment will be impaired. Each investor will bear sole responsibility and should be able to assess the nature of the investment and have the economic capacity to also bear negative consequences arising from his investment.
